Our Policies


  • A 50% deposit is required to secure event date and catering
  • Balance owing will be required 7 days after the event
  • Number of guests must be confirmed 7 days prior to the event and not reduced with less than one week notice
  • Any changes to the menu must be done one week before the event
  • Any changes to the number of guests or menu within 7 days of the event will be charged an additional fee of $50
  • 5% GST is added to all catering events
  • A full service catered event will be charged a 15% gratuity


Staffing will be based on the number of guests, menu and style of the event. We will advise you on all the staff required for your event. There is a 4 hour minimum for each staff member.


  • Wait staff $25/hr
  • Dishwasher $15/hr


We can provide you with a array of rentals. Rentals are based on individual event requirements. All rentals will be supplied by Special Event Rentals. A 15% fee will be assessed for organizing all rentals.
