Patti’s Pantry Catering has been in operation for 12 years. Catering for many types of events from cocktail parties, Christmas parties, weddings, birthday parties, luncheons, corporate events, cooking lessons and back country catering.
Patti is a certified Chef that studied at the Pacific Institute of Culinary Arts in Vancouver, BC. After finishing her schooling she traveled to Australia to cook in Sydney. Then to Thailand to study the art of the Thai Cuisine. From there to Ecuador to learn their cuisine. Patti has been cooking for 15 years. Catering to many large groups, to cooking at many fine restaurants and being the Head Chef at Zona’s in Canmore for 4 years. Patti’s passion for food has always let her create new ideas. She is always looking for new and unique ideas to make her food the best quality possible. Using as much organic ingredients that are possible. Flavorful foods are her specialty.
