General

• A 50% deposit is required to secure event date and catering
• Balance owing will be required 7 days after the event
• Number of guests must be confirmed 7 days prior to the event and not reduced with less than one week notice
• Any changes to the menu must be done one week before the event
• Any changes to the number of guests or menu within 7 days of the event will be charged an additional fee of $50
• 5% GST is added to all catering events
• A full service catered event will be charged a 15% gratuity

Staffing
 

Staffing will be based on the number of guests, menu and style of the event. We will advise you on all the staff required for your event. There is a 4 hour minimum for each staff member.

 

Serving

• Wait staff $25/hr
• Dishwasher $15/hr

Rentals
 

We can provide you with a array of rentals. Rentals are based on individual event requirements. All rentals will be supplied by Ideal Party Rentals. A 15% fee will be assessed for organizing all rentals
