Who We Are

Patti Secord is the founder and chef of Patti's Pantry Catering. Her passion for food started at a young age and through travel, her enthusiasm grew to learn how to cook from many different cultures. She trained to become a Chef at Pacific Institute of Culinary Arts in Vancouver, BC and learned the art of French cuisine. Bringing the foods together has created an ethically beautiful menu for every event. The business opened in 2004 and has been catering ever since. Events are small to large, wellness retreats, weddings, corporate events, luncheons for businesses, birthday parties, backcountry meals and back country chef services and to go meals. Every event is unique and we have learned over the years to perfect every detail.
